Lovely lace by Marji

I found this file in the Silhouette store. I think it's super cute and my 5 year old agrees!
She's claimed it as her own.

I added lace to the border to dress it up a bit with the pearls and gem.
Inside is perfect for some treasures.

This card is made using a set from DeeDee's Digi's
I added lace to the bottom of the card then put tiny gems in the openings of the lace along with gems in the flower centers.

Right now the lace is out of stock (sorry about that)
Head over and check out what's there, it's gorgeous. Be sure to keep checking for it.

Lucky Us

Karen N here from Craftily Yours sharing with you several things I love.

First, I love my husband, and I love being his wife.  I love scrapbooking.  I haven't done any LOs for a while, and I need to get back to it.  I love the new 3 Girl JAM lace.  Seriously, it's beautiful.  I love 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon.  The ribbon here is Latte from the Coffee Bundle....I love it a LATTE! And I love sequins.  I combined all of these loves to create today's project.

That's me and Matt.  It's one of my favorite pictures.  The LO is 6x6 and is going into a frame I bought from Ms.   The 3 Girl JAM Chevron Flair was the perfect addition, don't you think?

YOU can find that beautiful lace and crinkle ribbon at a GREAT price - HERE!  And if you use code KN10, you can get it for 10% off, even better!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  And hey, create something you love.....link it up at 3 Girl JAM Challenges!!

Craftily yours,

Karen

Heart Shaped Box

Nicole here today with a fun project I made for Valentine's Day.  I made heart shaped boxes for all 3 of my daughters and had fun decorating them with some 3 Girl JAM ribbon.  Here is one of my boxes where I made a flower using some of the new 3 Girl JAM "light and bright" lace and a vintage button.

Here is a closeup of another flower I made using some of the 3GJ "Distressed" lace, 3GJ Vintage button and some Aqua Splash crinkle ribbon.  This time I glued the ribbon in the same manner as I did the lace in the previous flower but I only glued one layer of lace on this flower.

To create my lace flower I used my hot glue gun and glued the lace to a circle I cut out by hand. I started at the perimeter of the circle and worked my way inward and then glued a 3GJ vintage button in the center.  For more details on my heart shaped box and to see the two other ones I made, please visit my BLOG.

Mixed Media Tag with the NEW Lace!

!!! HAPPY MONDAY !!!
Blends and 3 Girl JAM-mers

I am happy to be the Design Team Member posting for 3 Girl JAM today!

I was super excited to get to play around and create a Mixed Media Tag for a swap I am in with a fun group on FB.  I spoke with my swap partner about her "favorites" and she was super sweet to give me a lot of ideas to work with.  As soon as she said "pinks, blues, silvers, whites, and greens", I grabbed the NEW Lace from 3 Girl JAM!!!

This lace is beyond Gorgeous and I can't wait for it to be released so all my friends can play with it in their creations, too.  The colors are scrumptious and I adore the mixed colors Julie created and will have available!

I have included a picture heavy, information loaded, step-by-step at my personal blog, Jessica's Craft Shaque.  Feel free to stop by to get all the juicy details on this Mixed Media project and all the products that were used!

Now, to show the colors of the lace against my semi-finished tag.  GORGEOUS, RIGHT?

I started to embellish the tag first, by pleating and adhering the wider blue/green lace just under the hole at the top.

I then created a second row of lace, using the same technique, but with the thinner pink lace this time.

I wanted to offset the large cluster of paper flowers on the bottom, by using some of the FABULOUS Crinkle Ribbon from the 3 Girl JAM Shop.

I created a triple bow on my 3 Girl JAM Bow Maker using the Mixed Color Ribbon from the Red, White & Blue Bundle along with the Christmas Candy Ribbon from the Seasons Bundle.

Using some twine, I added a key charm to the center of the bow as I was making it with the Bow Maker.

A final touch --- adding the binder ring!

ALL IN ALL, I really enjoyed trying out this Mixed Media Project.

Winter Blog Hop

Hi Everyone!!

We are so glad that you are joining 3 Girl JAM and our friends at Pretty Papers, Pretty Ribbons for our Winter Blog Hop!
You should have made it here from Gloria's Blog.  If you just happened to stop by, make sure to start at PPPR so you don't miss out on any of the fun!

Winter is not my favorite season.  In Iowa it is cold and snows ALOT!
The snow however is very pretty somedays- and the cold is a great excuse to stay inside and snuggle up and watch movies- or better yet- Craft!

We've had lots of snow lately- so when I saw the PPPR Heart Balloon and the Winter Wonderland files I knew exactly what I wanted to make.

It's a Snowflake Hot Air Balloon to take me to somewhere warm!
I also used some 3Girl JAM Sterling Crinkle Ribbon and some NEW Hand Dyed Lace (that will be in the store very soon)!

I've also been really sick lately.  I am feeling much better now- but I went through a lot of tissues last week!

PPPR Get Well Cut File, 3GJ 5"x7" Cotton Bag

I made this so I can give it to the next person I know that gets sick.
Something to brighten their day!

Now-- to brighten your day:

We are offering a $20.00 3 Girl JAM Gift Certificate to one lucky person.
Pretty Papers, Pretty Ribbons is giving away a $20.00 gift certificate to their store too!
Just make sure to comment on everyone's stop along the Hop!
For extra entries- make sure to stop by our Facebook Page and the Pretty Papers, Pretty Ribbons Facebook Page.  "Like" us both and leave us some love on our walls.

You've reached the end of the Hop.  Thank you for spending a little bit of your day with us.

Thanks for stopping by!

Delicate and Dainty Doilies

This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries and I'm so happy to be sharing this altered art project with you.  I'm sure you have noticed that there is no ribbon on this project and you may be wondering why it is posted on the 3 Girl JAM blog.  The answer is simple - 3 Girl JAM has gorgeous hand dyed lace that will be coming soon and I wanted to give you a sneak peek.  I used 2 of the different laces on today's project.  Julie has also added new Valentine's Flair in the store so be sure and check it out.

I used quite a variety of products on these little pieces of art, but they are actually fairly simple to make.  If you would like to alter some doilies similar to mine, you can use the products posted below.

3 Girl JAM lace
Wilton - 6 inch doilies
"Cherub Pink" Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist
Distress Ink - Pumice Stone, Victorian Velvet
Studio G glitter glue
Petaloo Celebrations flowers
Fancy Pants 6X6 paper - Love Notes
Tim Holtz Seasonal Paper Stash
Recollections Clear Plastic paper
Prima Say It In Pearls - pink
Jolee's Boutique dual tone prizm
Want2Scrap pearl bling

I have 2 more doilies posted at DJ's Sundries.  If you would like to learn how I made these or you just want to see the other 2 doilies, be sure to click on the link to be taken to my blog to view the pictures and the video.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.
