It's Almost Easter!
Hello, and happy Spring, crafty friends. Julie O here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers.
Easter is just around the corner! We're having an Easter egg hunt at the nursing home where I work tomorrow. A couple of young children are coming in to help with it, and I wanted to make some cute treat boxes for them, filled with some chocolatey goodness, of course! And ANYTHING is cuter, decorated with 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon!
This bunny belly box is a file from My Scrap Chick. And what bunny doesn't need a little hair bow to really dress it up? This one has some 3 Girl JAM Ribbon Candy Green ribbon from the Ribbon Candy Bundle.
Need some of this glorious Ribbon Candy Bundle for yourself? Or some other special Easter treat from 3 Girl JAM? Use coupon code JO10 to get 10% off of your order. Go ahead! Treat yourself!
We're just over 1/2 way through with our "All Things Spring" challenge on the 3 Girl JAM challenge blog. Use the linky below, or link up on the challenge blog. I'd LOVE to see your creations!

Today's Guest Designer...Gerda
Hi there!
Karen N. here... One of my most FAVORITE tasks on the 3 Girl JAM team is introducing our awesome guest designers and today's guest designer is definitely fabulous!
Introducing Gerda from Gerda's Card Creations...
Hello All,
Karen N. here... One of my most FAVORITE tasks on the 3 Girl JAM team is introducing our awesome guest designers and today's guest designer is definitely fabulous!
Introducing Gerda from Gerda's Card Creations...
Hello All,
My
name is Gerda and I live in the Netherlands. Today I’m super excited because I
was asked to be a Guest Designer at 3 Girl JAM. (Thanks Georgiana for the invite!)
The
theme of this month's challenge is to use the colors yellow, green and orange on
your project. I
have created 2 different cards for this challenge...a “Shape Card” and a “Sliding
Card”. Both
cards are from the Silhouette Store.
On
the flower Shape Card I have used the Cuttlebug folder “Swiss Dots” and
the folder “Polka Dots”, some pattern paper, ribbon from 3 Girl JAM (got it from
Georgiana), a green button, a tag from MCT (Teeny Tag Greetings) a stamp from
MCT (Teeny Tag Holidays), jams and some glitter.
The
sliding card is on the inside yellow with green with a stitching line. On
the outside I have used some pattern paper with also a stitching line, a stamp
from MCT (It’s All About You), ribbon from 3 Girl JAM and some green
pearls.

Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget that the “3 Girl JAM" Yellow, Green and Orange challenge is still going on and you have still time to enter your project.
Feel free to stop
by my BLOG. (It’s in Dutch, but feel free to use the Google translator on the right
sidebar).
Gerda
Thanks Gerda for sharing your talent with us! Both cards are absolutely wonderful!

Life is Good with Green Ribbon Candy
Happy Friday Everyone!
This is Georgiana from Carson's Creations and today is my 3 Girl JAM design team day. I am super excited to share my festive candy treat since "Life is Good".
Here is my candy treat...
I made a cute tag while incorporating this month's color (green, yellow, orange) challenge for the front of my clear container. I used the Irish pup from SVG Cuts ~ Charm Chance.

This is 3 Girl JAM ribbon...the green crinkle ribbon is from the Ribbon Candy Bundle. I also added Peacock twine and a button around the cap. Don't forget if you want to purchase your own to use my code GC10 for a discount. A new color bundle was just released so be sure to check it out!
The tiny 1" tag was cut from Plantin Schoolbook and the stamp is from My Craft Spot.
I found these plastic containers at Michaels on clearance for 79 cents. Even though they say they are for sand art, they are the perfect size for small treats like the chocolate Sixlets I used.

Other Materials:
green, white, brown, and black card stock
green button
green glitter glue
green ink
Hope you will join us at 3 Girl JAM for March's challenge...
March 1st - March 28th

I wanted to play along in the current 3 Girl JAM Challenge, which is to create Holiday Gifts using ribbon. Since Christmas is passed, my focus for my project leaned more towards the New Year. The gift is one to myself, but which will blossom into a gift for many others.
On many occasions, I have been inclined to write down names of friends who could use prayers or thoughts of well wishes during certain trials they may be facing. This gave me an idea to alter another notebook, one of my favorite things to create. The idea was to alter the book and adorn it with soft crinkle ribbon colors, paper flowers, and other sweet embellishments so that it could serve as a Prayer Request Journal. This would keep the names of all those I will be mentioning in my prayers and well wishes organized and not to be forgotten!
Please feel free to stop over to my Personal Blog @ http://jessicascraftshaque.blogspot.com for all the details and more close up pictures of my Prayer Journal!
I am pleased with this finished project because I know how much it will help me to KEEP MY FRIENDS IN MIND OFTEN!!!
There is still time to JOIN THE CURRENT 3 Girl JAM CHALLENGE
The THEME is HOLIDAY GIFT + RIBBON
