Burlap & Crinkle Ribbon Altered Mason Jar

Hi Friends! Abby here with ScrappinAbby and I have a fun and easy altered project to share with all of you using some of the FAB 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon .

I also have a video that shows you the project up close along with the crinkle ribbons I used on this project....
I made this for one of my sisters-in-law as a thank you gift for having us over for Easter dinner on Sunday. She loved it!!

Here are the crinkle ribbons I used for this altered jar....
Merlot from the Wine & Jewels Bundle
Antique White from the Pink & White Bundle
Halloween Harvest from the Seasons Bundle

Here are some additional photos of the altered mason jar....

I forgot to get a pic of Shelley with the jar when I gave it to her but she really loved it and said this was totally her style. Funny thing is that this jar was hers originally, she made us some homemade pickles for Christmas and this was the jar...haha. Just goes to show that you can use the 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon on home decor & gift items and altered projects as well : )

Thanks for stopping by the 3GJ Blog today and for checking out another ScrappinAbby post. Be sure to stop by my blog for a full product list and for more photos.

If you want to save 10% on your order...be sure to use the discount code AH10 when you check out : )

Guest Designer: Jenni Shamblin

Hi There, and HAPPY Saturday!  Karen N here from Craftily Yours, and I get to do one of my FAVORITE things today and introduce a FABULOUS 3 Girl JAM guest designer.   Jenni Shamblin, from Wish I Was Scrappin blog, was on the design team in my very first experience.....and let me tell you, not only is this lady super talented, she is one of the good-er-est people I know!  Without further ado, here's Jenni's super fab creation!

Eek, I just LoVe her CAS, sweet style.  She used Fancy Pants Childish Things and a super cute image from Digi Darla.  She colored it with her Tombow Art Markers.  The sentiment is from Paper Smooches, Spring Fling!  Super fitting with our challenge!  Looooooove it!

Jenni topped off her card with some gorgeous 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon in Cherry Lipstick from the Pink & White Bundle and Daffodil from the Spring Flowers bundle.

Thank you SO much, Jenni, for being a 3 Girl JAM guest designer and sharing your lovely creation with us!

Craftily yours,

Karen

{Having fun with Gellatos and Color}

Hi friends, Madge from Madge's Scrappin Lounge here!! I am super excited to be back with the
3 Girl Jam Design Team!!  I have missed them for the last 6 months!! EEK!! Who gets excited when I say the word Gellatos? Or if your like me who gets excited when I say the word Crinkle Ribbon by 3 Girl Jam??? Me! Me! Me!! {Like a kid in school wanting to answer the question the teacher asked} HAHAHA!!! Ok enough about me let's get on to this fabulous project that I created for you today!!
I chose to make a mixed media project using watercolor paper, gellatos, some scrappy goodness and to top it off a beautiful 3 Girl Jam Bow using the crinkle ribbon "Cherry Lipstick" from the pink and white bundle!

Of corse this is my favorite color so I use it all of the time!!!

Here is my mixed media page
*There are several different pics of this project*
(I have to apologize the pics are not as clear as I would like the different spritz and paints I used makes it look quite shinny)

I taught this live yesterday on my USTREAM channel, if you would like to see the link come on over to Madge's Scrappin Lounge HERE to check it out!!

I hope that you all enjoyed this mixed media project!!

Live Life With No Regrets Altered Bottle Cap

Hi Friends! Abby here with ScrappinAbby and I'm excited to be sharing another project with you here on the 3 Girl JAM Blog. I altered a bottle cap and created a piece of wall art for my craft room....
For this altered bottle cap, I used the Purple Passion from the Royal Bundle and some of the Antique White from the Pink & White bundle. These are some of my favorite colors from 3GJ.

Here's a quick video to show you the project up close along with the yummy crinkle ribbon I used...
I love how this turned out. I used some of the Purple Passion on the back to create a hanger for the bottle cap so I have the option to hang it if I chose or I can simply display it as I have above. I forgot to take a pic of that but you can see it in the video : )

I have to tell you I love coming up with different ways to use the 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon and I hope I was able to inspire you to try it out on an altered item as well.

Thanks for stopping by the 3GJ blog and happy craftin!!

A Melon Thanks

Happy Thursday, 3 Girl JAMmers!  It's Julie O, from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers with some late week inspiration for you. I recently needed a thank you card, and thought this summertime inspired card would be perfect for what I needed.

Isn't she the sweetest? I used lots of the beautiful Lipstick crinkle ribbon, part of the Pink and White Bundle, found in the 3 Girl JAM store.
Here's a close up of the ribbon, Vintage Button (also for sale in the store), and the sentiment.

I hope you liked today's inspiration. For more details about supplies used, and more projects using 3 Girl JAM products, please visit my blog.

Happy Birthday

Rebecca here, reporting from a warming East Coast Springtime!

So Lovin' this weather change.  Wanted it.  This warmth. And needed the glow of the sun for some much needed needed rejuvenation.

Oh and the natural vitamin D3 doesn't hurt, eh?

Okay, so enough of my bliss on the weather change.

Today's project is all about celebrating those moments (for the YOUNG, mind you).

Yes, delightful CRINKLE RIBBON in such a wonderful pink color.

I mean, really, raise your hand if you'd like folks to forget yours.  Okay, we all know that while we keep aging, we really DO like it when someone remembers....we just hope they don't remember our age.

So THERE.

A bit of my old time and NEW time

EXCITEMENT...For someone else that surpasses ME in YEARS!
