Favorite 3 Girl JAM projects

Hello everyone, Happy Monday!  I hope you had a great weekend and holiday!
I'm here today with sad news and my favorite 3 Girl JAM projects.

Today is my last post as a 3 Girl JAM DT member...very sad.
It was a hard decision because Julie and the team are so WONDERFUL!  I have a lot on my plate for 2014 and wont be doing much blogging.  You may see me in a HOP or two but that's about it.
This has been a AMAZING opporitity and I feel so lucky that Julie and the girls chose me.  I want to thank Julie and the girls, I've LOVED every minute of this DT.  I LOVE all the beautiful ribbons and GREAT products you have to offer.  I'm looking forward to seeing what you come out with in 2014.
Thanks so much!

Here are some of my favorite projects using 3GJ over the last 2 years. You can check out the store to see all the WONDERFUL items available.

After over 2 years on the DT, I have decided to step down and give the Challenge Coordinator position over to someone else. It was a very hard decision but something I had to do.
I have enjoyed designing with Julie's gorgeous ribbon and showcasing my work both here, on the challenge blog and on my blog that I will truly miss everyone on this team!
Thank you so much Julie for everything you have done for me and allowing me to share your products with all our fans!

So now I have some projects to share....some of my favorite from the past 2 years!
I will add links to each of the projects below each picture if you will like to go back to my blog to check out the projects in full!

Before I sign off, I wanted to remind you all of the current challenge we having going on.

You & Me --with Flair!

'Tis the Season! Julie O here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers hoping you had a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and aren't spending today in the stores returning gifts!  You should, however, spend a little time at the 3 Girl JAM Store, checking out the new Flair buttons.  They are SO much fun! And of course, there is scrumptious crinkle ribbon in every color of the rainbow to snatch up, too!
My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary a couple weeks ago.  I made a card for him that used a Real Life Flair Button as the focal point.  What do you think?

Don't you love that Flair button? I also used Ice Blue ribbon from the Hot & Cold Bundle on this card.
On the inside of the card, I wrote, "through snow or sleet, our love is complete."  Aw, how mushy is that?
To see more details about this card, please visit my blog.
Happy holidays, everyone!

Decorative Ornament Muslin Bag

Merry Christmas Friends! Abby here with ScrappinAbby and I am so happy it's my day to share another project on the 3GJ Blog! My project is perfect for today's post as it's a decorative holiday ornament bag that you can use to store your most treasured ornaments.

I also have a video to share with you that shows you the project up close along with the yummy crinkle ribbons I used......

This muslin bag can also be used as creative way to give an ornament to someone special or to even hold some holiday sweets.

I love how this turned out and I plan on making more of these to store my other fragile ornaments as well.

Here are the 3 Girl JAM products I used on this project:

Muslin Bag
Witches Brew Crinkle Ribbon (from the Spooky Bundle)
The Royal Bundle (both ribbons used)

I hope I was able to inspire you to do something fun and creative with your muslin bags that also serves as a storage solution.

Be sure to check out my BLOG for additional photos and for a full list of products that I used.

I hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This is my final post for 2013 so I'll see you all "next year" : )

Happy Crafting!!

Christmas Gift Bag with matching tag

Happy Monday, Nicole here!!  How are your Christmas preparations going?  I am feeling 95% prepared and whatever doesn't get done at this point will not ruin our time together as a family this holiday.  Today I have a project to share with you that I made for Christmas.  I decided to make a gift bag and matching tag to put my niece's Christmas gift in.

The gift bag is from the "Happy Holidays" set that SVG Cuts gave to its customers for free.  I used some 3 Girl JAM "Red, White and Blue" crinkle ribbon (color blue) for the handles on my gift bag.  I used the Merlot Jute ribbon and the Navy Jute string  from the "Jute Ribbon and String" pack for my tag.  Thanks for stopping by today!!  Merry Christmas!!

Guest Designer - Jessica Kephart from Homespun Elegance

Good morning all! Jessica Kephart from Homespun Elegance today to show you how to use your FAVORITE Crinkle Ribbon with some paper to create a Phone Numbers Fridge Magnet

Using a free printable, Picasa Free Photo Editing Software, Magnet Strips, Some Solid & Patterned Cardstock and 3 Girl JAM Merlot Crinkle Ribbon I created a neighborhood phone list for the fridge. I used this quite a bit when I first moved to my new neighborhood over the summer and needed to get to know the neighbors! I found it so helpful! I don't know about you, but I have found so many uses for my Crinkle Ribbon!!

Anyone using their for Gift Wrapping yet?!?

See ya'll again next week with something really fun!

Merry Christmas - Altered Heart Box with Jessica B

Hey there Blends and 3 Girl JAM-mers

Today is my Design Team Day and
I am sharing a quick card
showcasing a few of the newer
products available at 3 Girl JAM

I wanted to play along in the current 3 Girl JAM Challenge, so I decided to alter a heart box
to be given as a Christmas Gift.

For my Decorated Heart Box:
I used a paper mache' heart box (available at Pinque Peacock)
and covered it first with some
darling Bo Bunny paper (Rejoice 6x6 paper pad).

I pleated some Halloween Harvest Ribbon from the Seasons Bundle
along the outer edge of the lid.
I also created a matching Pleated Petal flower and put a fun
Christmas Flair Button in the center.

A Simple and Quick Gift
and I think it is Darling!
