"Aged to Perfection"

Happy Monday, Nicole here.   I hope you had a great weekend!!  We have had non-stop rain here in Oregon, downpours constantly, not fun!!  Thankfully it held off until after my daughter's soccer game on Saturday but boy, those poor Ducks in their football game got hit hard with the rain and wind.  Enough of the weather. . . I have a card to share with you today using some 3 Girl JAM "Christmas Candy" ribbon from the New and Improved Seasons Bundle.    I thought this would make a cute birthday card.  Feel free to visit my BLOG for more details on my card.  Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!

Brave is Beautiful ATC's

As 3 Girl JAM continues it's month long celebration, I would like to celebrate something special today -

LIFE

With October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month quickly approaching, I want to take a moment to celebrate the lives of the brave women who have fought breast cancer.  I would dare say that every person reading this post knows someone who has valiantly fought this dreadful disease.  For those currently fighting, you are in my prayers.

These ATC's were designed for Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Brave truly is beautiful.

I used:
3 Girl JAM Dress White ribbon - get yours here
"Positive Thoughts" stamp set by K. Andrew Designs
Memento London Fog ink
Pink paper from my stash - possibly Provo Craft
Blue Moon metal beads
Scor-Tape, ATG, Glue Dots, Glossy Accents
Creative Inspirations paints - Tutu Pink and Frost White
Small cream colored roses from my stash
Lace - Really Reasonable Ribbon
Chipboard cut into 2.5" X 3.5"

As a nurse, I would like to remind each of you remember your monthly self breast examinations.  Don't forget to schedule your mammogram if you are over 40.  They could save your life.

If you are interested in the video, please head over to DJ's Sundries by clicking here.  What are you celebrating today?  Don't forget to link your Celebrations with Ribbon project by clicking here.  Have a great day and remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.

Guest Designer: Shelley Peeler

Hi Everyone!

Happy Wednesday!

We have another fantastic Guest Designer today!  Shelley Peeler from Scrapbooking for Fun is here to dazzle you with her fabulousness!!

Shelley says:
It is my pleasure to post as a guest designer today for 3 Girl JAM!!! I hope you have joined the party!!!
If not here is your link !
PARTY
Since this month is all about Celebration at 3 Girl JAM I have created a Birthday Card. Here it is:
On this card I embossed a card stock mat then took a smaller piece of card stock and covered it with fabric.
Then I faux stitched with a black photo safe pen. Next I adhered the fabric and  the embossed mat together.
My next step was to make my bow with my so easy to work with 3 Girl JAM Crinkle Ribbon. I then used a Maya Road canvas tag and stamped the sentiment onto it then inked the edges and attached it to the card. I used  pop dots to attach it all to my card base.
As you can tell I am a HUGE fan of 3 Girl JAM Crinkle ribbon and the bow maker! I love having a perfect bow every time. You will also find a tutorial on the 3 Girl JAM blog to show you how to use it.

This is a double bow but the possibilities with this great tool are endless!
If you want perfect bows every time this is the product for you!!
Here is a close up of the bow

Thank-you for stopping by my blog today!!! Be sure to visit 3 Girl JAM and also jump over to the
Event Page and join the party!!!

Thanks Shelley for sharing your talent with us!

Make sure to Link Up your Celebration themed projects.

Hey everyone, Jovan here!  It's been a long crazy month and I'm trying so hard to get my crafting time back.  I've been a little under the weather and have not been motivated to craft.  But, I got in my craft room this weekend.  I made a super simple card...I love the way it turned out.

For my card I used all the shades of purple crinkled ribbon.  Iris from Spring Flowers bundle, Witch brew from Spooky Bundle, and Purple Passion from Royal bundle.  I added a sentiment from PTI and some bling.

Guest Designer: Heather Flaherty

Hi Everyone!

Today we have another fabulous Guest helping us celebrate our 2 Year Anniversary this month!

Please welcome Heather Flaherty from Paper Crafter Anonymous

Good Morning Crafters! Today I am a Guest Designer over at 3 Girl JAM..
Their theme is Celebration so I created a couple of projects to share with you.
The theme is Celebration so I have a few celebratory ideas to share with all of you.
The first project today is a Cotton Muslin Bag from 3 Girl JAM measuring 3.25x5
I have stamped the Bag using Close to My Heart Exclusive Inks in Honey and
the sentiment from the National Stamping Month Campaign Stamp from Close to My Heart
The Crinkle Ribbon is from the Seasons Bundle
This is a perfect gift bag for a set of car keys for a 16th birthday, my daughter received a New Used car for her Birthday... or candy, jewelry, handmade soap etc.. it is a great sized bag..
My next project was created using these little Treat Boxes from Target there are 3 boxes for a dollar ($1.00) great deal! I cut some Close to My Heart Black Card Stock, 3.5 x 2.75 White Daisy Cardstock 3.25 x2.5 I tied some Tuxedo Crinkle Ribbon to the White Cardstock and stamped the sentiment using Black Ink. I then stamped the Rabbit and Porcupine/Hedgehog (you decide which it is, besides totally adorable) and the Rabbit on White Cardstock colored them with Tim Holtz distress Markers then cut them out and added them to the front of the gift box.
I used Tuxedo Crinkle Ribbon to this box filled with Hersheys Choocolate filled with Caramel, I am bringing this to my New Job for my desk.
Stamps used are from the National Stamp Month Campaign by Close to My Heart
My Last Project is a little Gift Bag I created for a Hostess, inside the little bag is a Close to My Heart
Petite Perks Stamp set. Using Close to My Heart Sarita paper pack, I cut a 4x5 square from this paper pack and adhered it to the front of the bag.
I then cut a piece of White Daisy Cardstock at 3.5x4.5 and stamped the sentiment in Black and the sun in Honey..
The Crinkle Ribbon is from the Seasons Bundle

Happy 14th Birthday

Hi Friends! This is Abby with ScrappinAbby and I have a super fun card to share with all of you today. My baby girl, Kaley, is celebrating her 14th birthday today so I thought what a fun way to not only do my 3GJ DT project but I can also make her a cool card using the yummy Crinkle Ribbon.

I used 3 different crinkle ribbons for this card:

I also have a short video showing you the card up close along with the ribbons up close as well : )

I wanted to use the crinkle ribbon in a different way this time so I twisted it to make the '14".

I really love how this card turned out. I can't wait to give it to her :)

Thanks for checking out another ScrappinAbby project and more importantly for stopping by the 3 Girl JAM blog. Be sure to check out the 3GJ Store and grab yourself some yummy goodies.

Happy Crafting!!

Sunflower Box using "Halloween Harvest"

Nicole here with a 3d project to share with you today using some "Halloween Harvest" crinkle ribbon from the "New and Improved" Seasons Bundle.

My box is a file from the Silhouette Online Store and I just love how perfectly the Halloween Harvest ribbon goes with the sunflower colors.  I used some Scor Tape to adhere my ribbon to the box.  Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget that the 3 Girl JAM 2 year celebration is still going on and that there is still time to enter your project in the Celebrations challenge over at the 3 Girl JAM Challenge blog.  Feel free to stop by my BLOG and thanks for visiting 3 Girl JAM today!!

Let's Celebrate!!!!

Morning and Happy Friday everyone!!!
Jessica here with a  fun and easy Celebration project to share for
3 Girl JAM
that also fits our current challenge going on all month
So as a reminder the challenge is
Celebrations
because we are celebrating 3GJ's 2 year birthday!!!
We want to see any of your projects that celebration something!
And here is what I made...
I LOVE stamping on the Muslin Bags you can pick up in the 3GJ store. They make great gifts for packaging all those fun treats and are so super easy to embellish with some of your favorite stamps and of course ribbon :)
So using one of my favorite new stamps from My Creative Time~Build a Chevy Background I stamped first the thicker chevron using Stazon Black ink and then the smaller dotted chevron using Fired Brick Distress ink.  Then using the Let's Celebrate stamp set for the sentiment, I again stamped using the Stazon Ink.
When I make these, I always pull out the rope ties that come with the bag so I can add my 3GJ ribbon instead. Using a combo of Holly Berry Crinkle Ribbon and Sunflower Crinkle Ribbon I threaded the ribbon through to tie in a bow on the side.
Then using the party die from My Creative Time along with the new color of Trendy Twine~ Cherry Lemonade, I added them to my ribbon bow and tied them all together.

I sure hope you have enjoyed my project and will play along with us over at the
Remember you have all month  to share your
Celebration projects!!
Thanks so very much for stopping by!!
Have a GREAT Friday!!

Vintage Birthday Card

Looking for the perfect card for man in your life?  This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries and I hope that the card that I share with you today will be just what you are looking for.  I used the Halloween Harvest ribbon from the new and improved Season's Bundle.  It is a gorgeous multi-colored ribbon.  It comes in a 3 pack that has 2 other beautiful multi-colored ribbons.  You can find yours here.

I have been on vacation for a while and just got home late on Tuesday night.  I had so much to do today that I didn't have the creative juices flowing in my mind.  Does that ever happen to you?  When it happens to me, I will often grab a sketch.  This is sketch B-25 from Operation Write Home.  I will provide a link on my blog.

I also used the following products:
Kraft card stock from my stash (Joann's maybe?)
Brown card stock (unknown manufacturer)
Flesh colored card stock - Provo Craft
Echo Park - This and That Charming  6X6 collection
7 Gypsies Stam
Tim Holtz Adage Tickets
Memento Tuxedo Black Ribbon
The Paper Studio - Mustache gemstones

Have you joined the 3 Girl JAM birthday celebration?  If not, be sure to join in.  There are lots of fabulous prizes and we would love for you to join in the fun.

If you would like to see a video tutorial, please head over to DJ's Sundries by clicking here.  In the meantime, take some time to enjoy the little things today.
