Today kicks off our new series:
Our Favorite Blog Friends

I am so excited to do this because over the next several weeks you will be introduced to the 3GJ Design Team's Favorite Blog Friends.   Each Designer has asked their favorite friend to be a part of our team for the day- and I'll admit- I'm pretty impressed with their choices!

Today I get to introduce you to my Favorite Blog Friend:

Sarah's was one of the first blogs that I started following when I started my crafty journey almost 2 years ago.  Her blog actually inspired me to start my own!
She is the owner/designer of Pink by Design Stamps-- which I LOVE!
(No wonder you see them on my projects all the time- right!?!)
After a few months of following her blog and facebook I was shocked to find out that we live only 25 miles away from each other!
Have you ever met someone and just knew that you were supposed to be friends?
I have been on the Pink by Design team during most of 2012 and although my time on the team will soon be ending, I know our friendship will continue for years!

OK- enough mushy girl love.....

Sarah made a fabulous card to share with all of you today!

Here's what Sarah had to say:

Hi everyone, I am so excited to be guest designing for 3 Girl JAM today! They have FAB-U-LOUS ribbon and I always find myself reaching for it!
For my card today, I used DCWV card stock, Pink by Design stamps, and of course 3 Girl JAM ribbon in white. To me, this is probably the BEST combination ever! DCWV, 3GJ & PBD- you can't go wrong!
Thanks for taking a look at my project today, and a special thanks to Julie for asking me to guest design today!!

Thank You Sarah!  We are honored to have with us today!

Crinkle Ribbon Christmas Tree

O' Christmas Tree, that is...LOL

Welcome 3 Girl JAMMERs
Today I get to share
my Crinkle Ribbon Christmas Tree
with all of you.

I started with a Kraft card base and inked the edges using TH Vintage Photo.  I did the same with
my white wausau textured card stock layer.  I began pleating my Mistletoe and Goblin Green
Crinkle Ribbon from a point at the top of the tree down to the base, then switching up with the opposite color and going back up again.  I alternated the two greens until I was finished
with my tree shape.    I continued on by adding some 3 Girl JAM Sunshine Yellow Twine to appear as garland strung across the tree in a swooping fashion.

Now, you may have come to expect the mini bows on my projects, well, YOU GOT IT!  Using the luscious Holly Berry Red Crinkle Ribbon, I created 3 Red Bows to adorn the tree branches.  I added some wonderful pearls from Miriam's Crafting Supplies on FB and then topped the tree
with a wonderful Angel Flair Button by 3 Girl JAM.  The circles at the bottom were scraps left over from some of my "punching" episodes.  The sentiment is part of a wonderful October Afternoon set that the sweet Julie K gifted to me . . . THANKS JEWELS!

Frosty the Snowman

I hope you all have been hopping along our challenge/hop. Everyone has done such a wonderful job on their Christmas Inspiration.
So far this year we have not had but a dusting of the white stuff around here so there have been NO snowmen yet so I just had to make my own snow using some gorgeous Sterling crinkle ribbon. My snowmen also have a very beautiful ruby wand that they got from our sponsor this time "Pinque Peacock".

Stay warm and Happy Crafting!
Gloria from Oma's Crafts
