A little flair by Marji

Today I used a cutting file from Kadoodle Bug Designs and some gorgeous DCWV paper along with my yummy crinkle ribbon and fun flair.
Makes for a really fun and fast card. I love how it turned out.  The bow maker makes it super simple to make a fabulous bow with no hassle.
It's a fabulous deal too!  Click each of the images to go shop that category in the shop.

Guest Designer: Lucy Evans

Happy Saturday, 3 Girl JAM Friends!  Karen N here....and today, I am SUPER stoked to be introducing you to 3 Girl JAM Guest Designer Lucy Evans.  Lucy and I have been online scrappy buddies for a LONG time, and let me tell you.....not only is this gal incredibly sweet, but she's full of crazy crafty goodness.  Without further ado, heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Lucy!

*****
Hi. My name is Lucy. I am a Medical Technologist at a large laboratory. I am married, have 3 adult daughters and one grandson who is 6 years old. I live in a suburb of Chicago. I got hooked on scrapbooking in 1995 when I was shown a Creative Memories brochure. I caught the card making bug while socializing with a bunch of other craft-o-holics on a crafting website. I love making cards, not only for the fun of creating, but also of knowing that it may bring the recipient some joy.

I have been a lover of 3 Girl Jam ribbon for a more than a year. I love the ribbon colors and the way it "Crinkles".  I have also purchased some of the burlap ribbon, lace and flair, which I need to play with.  I was surprised, nervous and honored when Karen asked me to be a guest designer. The March challenge is to use the colors Yellow, Green and Orange. At first, I thought about jelly beans, because I love them and they are out in the stores. Then I looked at the colors of the 3 Girl Jam ribbon and it reminded me more of warmth and spring. We still have white snow covering the ground and have had below freezing temperatures for months. I am ready for spring! These were also my mom's favorite colors :-) I used a stamp from Unity Stamp Co., some Ranger Distress inks to water color the image. I went over it with some Niji Pearlescent water colors, which are very similar to Twinkling H2O's. the second picture shows the glimmer.  I used 3 Girl Jam ribbon in the colors, Harvest Orange, Sunflower and Goblin Green. The rest of the details and products I used are over on my blog http://littlescrapsoflucy.blogspot.com.

I LOVE the ribbon banner and how you placed the ribbon under that sunflower.  So gorgeous.  Thank you, Lucy, so much for designing for 3 Girl JAM today!

Craftily yours,

Karen

Life is Good with Green Ribbon Candy

Happy Friday Everyone!

This is Georgiana from Carson's Creations and today is my 3 Girl JAM design team day. I am super excited to share my festive candy treat since "Life is Good".

Here is my candy treat...
I made a cute tag while incorporating this month's color (green, yellow, orange) challenge for the front of my clear container. I used the Irish pup from SVG Cuts ~ Charm Chance.
This is 3 Girl JAM ribbon...the green crinkle ribbon is from the Ribbon Candy Bundle. I also added Peacock twine and a button around the cap. Don't forget if you want to purchase your own to use my code GC10 for a discount. A new color bundle was just released so be sure to check it out!
The tiny 1" tag was cut from Plantin Schoolbook and the stamp is from My Craft Spot.
I found these plastic containers at Michaels on clearance for 79 cents. Even though they say they are for sand art, they are the perfect size for small treats like the chocolate Sixlets I used.
Other Materials:
green, white, brown, and black card stock
green button
green glitter glue
green ink

Hope you will join us at 3 Girl JAM for March's challenge...
March 1st - March 28th
Green, Yellow, Orange Project

Stay Creative,
Georgiana

Springtime Wishes

Hello, and happy Thursday, 3 Girl JAM fans.  It's Julie O here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers, and I'm thinking positive.  Instead of coloring snow boots,  and snowmen, I'm thinking spring.  What do you think?

I used some of my favorite Goblin Green 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon on this card, from the Spooky Bundle (just to prove you can use it ANY season) and a Pinque Peacock stick pin.
If you "need" some of this ribbon (and you KNOW you do!) visit the 3 Girl JAM Store. Use code JO10 at checkout to save 10% on everything in the store.  Start shopping!
Thanks for checking out my card. If you'd like to see more details, or to see what else I've been creating, please visit my blog.
And, don't forget about the Yellow, Green, and Orange challenge going on right now! (I'll be linking this card up). You've got the month of March to link up with us!
