Get Well Soon

Good morning 3 Girl JAMmers! Zeni here with a cute card I made for a special little boy named Nathan.  Nathan is battling cancer right now and a good friend of mine was doing a card drive for him.  He loves dinosaurs, so I thought this cute little dino with a London Blue crinkle ribbon bow around his neck would be perfect for him.

Here's a close up below:

You can see all the details on my blog and additional information if you would like to make this little man's day by also sending him a card.

Hope everyone has a beautiful day!

Hello There Handsome

Good Morning everyone.  This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries and I have a recycled project for you today.  One of the "little things" that I enjoy doing is taking treats (usually little cheap things) and making them extra special. That's exactly what I did with today's project.  I used the Hot and Cold Bundle from 3 Girl Jam on the tag.  I love the colors in this bundle - especially for masculine projects.

So here is the final project.  Can you guess what the "Recycled" item is?  It's a mushroom container.  My grocery store recently changed their mushroom containers to use these little cardboard boxes.  How fun is that?  I'll be saving them every time I buy mushrooms from now on!

I simply grabbed my paper scraps, some adhesive and my paper trimmer and started cutting and taping away.

Of course any special treat calls for a special tag, right?  That's where the Hot and Cold bundle came in.  I used several Tim Holtz embellishments, some alphabet beads, some twine, and some great papers to make it.  The finishing touch was the title strip from the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline collection.

You can find more details and a video by visiting me at DJ's Sundries.  Until then, remember to take time to enjoy the little things in life.

Hi! Candace here from Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses!

I am the stay at home mommy of two little girls (ages 4 & 2), with a baby to arrive in about 8 weeks. I've been crafting since I was a little girl but have really gotten addicted the past 2 years. My favorite things to play with in my craft room are pretty paper, my Cameo and all my stamps! I would love it if you would stop by my blog and say hello!

My Blog: Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses!

I am so excited to be a guest designer today!!! I am a huge fan of 3 Girl Jam products and love to share my projects with the rest of you (who I know are also big fans!). My favorite types of projects to make are layouts and that's what I have to show you today!!

I folded the ribbon in loops and adhered it in the middle using some ZipDry glue to hold it all together. Then I used my 3 Girl JAM bow maker to make some tiny green bows and added them under the flowers to look like leaves. Final touch was a couple buttons in the middle!

So happy you decided to stop here today for some inspiration! Make sure you come back again soon to see more great projects!

Tags in Bags

Hey everyone..it's Abby with ScrappinAbby and today I will be sharing another fun project with you using some FAB 3 Girl Jam products. I'm calling these scrappy creations, "Tags In Bags".

I created these tags from various CS scraps I had in my stash and I altered some mini bags I picked up from the hardware store.

In addition to using some of the yummy crinkle ribbon, I also used some of the beautiful vintage buttons from 3GJ. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love vintage items & using them in my projects..these buttons are just awesome & I can't wait to use more of them on future projects.

Here's a sneak peek at the tags I made for each bag.
And another quick peek at some of the canvas border strips from 3GJ.

To see more photos of this project & some details on how I altered each bag and a complete supply list...come check out my blog ScrappinAbby

Thanks for letting me share my project with you today...I wanted to showcase the many ways you can use the FAB products from 3 Girl Jam, crinkle ribbon, vintage buttons and the canvas border strips.

Happy Scrappin!!
