3 Girl JAMMERs
Jessica here with you today.  I am pleased to share a  card I made to WISH Each and Every One of YOU
a
Happy New Year!

I stamped the fun Champagne Glasses, from the Unity Itty Bitty - Cheers! by Cosmo Cricket, onto Watercolor Paper using clear embossing ink.  I sprinkled my new, never used before, Ranger Embossing Tinsel (Silver)over that and applied heat....OH YEAH, I am HOOKED on the Tinsel Dust Now! LOL!

I was really blown away by all the sparkle that came through after heat setting the embossing tinsel.  So, being as impressed as I was, I wanted to emboss some more!  I grabbed the CHEERS sentiment from the same Unity Stamp set.  At that point, I felt maybe it would be a little "over the top" if I tinsel embossed the inside sentiment.
I opted to just ink the sentiment up with the Dew  Drops Platinum ink and be done.  I did however add some Stardust Stickles to the #1 embossed on the background card stock.

OK, my addiction was apparently growing and I couldn't stop there....I needed more of the Tinsel.  I knew I had to own another sentiment or image that would go with this card theme in my Unity stash.  I found another stamp!  I grabbed Christmas in the Kitchen by Samantha Walker and inked up the Happy New Year sentiment/label.

Before I knew it, I was in a glitter frenzy & I  LOVED IT!  I added more Stardust  Stickles to the larger #1 on the card stock background on the front of the card.

I used white card stock as a card base measuring 5.5" x 8.5".  The pattern paper background layer is from a Colorbok Stack called Neutrals.  I embossed two pieces of Core'dinations Silver Pearl card stock using my Cuttlebug Numbers folder and my Darice Music Notes folder.  I distressed all of the edges and then inked them with my Dew Drops inks in Platinum and Silver.

I began placing my Sterling Crinkle Ribbon under my Champagne Glasses, but felt I needed more of that too. . . . "Hi, my Name is Jessica, and I love 3 Girl JAM Crinkle Ribbon"!

Another addiction I have had lately, are the fun Miniature Bows I learned to create using the 3 Girl JAM Bow Maker.  I wanted to try a new technique with them and decided to build a flower out of multiple mini bows.  I used Antique White, Sterling, and Summer SprinklesI am really pleased with how it turned out!

I added a few tiny gun metal pearls around with a larger one in the center and a few flower stamens behind the bloom.   I then finished it off with a fun Pinque Peacock Beaded Stick Pin from the BSPpur0006 set.

Good Morning Everyone!
Jessica from Chick-n-Scrap here with one of my sweetest and most talented blog friends ever~
Kate from Kate's Creative Corner
I met Kate while blog hopping, becoming a faithful blog follower and then I had the privilege of being on a DT with her! Our friendship grew from there!!
Not only do I love her style of designing but we have found out through many many FB conversations that we share other things in common as well! I know you will LOVE her style as much as I do!! And maybe  in the future the two of us will get the chance to be on another design team again!
So here is a little bit about Kate.... and her GORGEOUS project

Hello Everyone, I truly hope you all had a wonderful and joyful Christmas.
I was so excited when I was asked to be a Guest Designer over at 3 Girl JAM.  Thank you so much to my Good Friend Jessica of Chick-n-Scrap for thinking me and inviting, I am so honored.
A little bit about me, My name is Kate of "Kate's Creative Corner"
Kate's Creative Corner
I am a SAHM to 4 wonderful kids and married for 17 years to the best hubby ever.  I guess, I have always been into Scrapbooking/Papercrafting, before I knew what it really was or what acid free even was, I would cut my journaling and pictures out of magazines and place them in my albums.
Now even though I still love Scrapbooking I have transitioned to Card Making more.  I love coloring with my copics and creating with my Cameo.  Thru, my Blogging Buddies, not only do  I continue to learn more techniques every single day but I have been so blessed to become their friends.
Thank you again Julie and Jessica for having me today!
Now for my project today, I used the Seasonal Crinkle Ribbon and I absolutely LOVE IT.  Thank you so much Julie for this beautiful Ribbon.
Card Size 4.25 x 5.25
DP is from Echo Park
I did some sewing around my card too.
To make my flowers I used Glubers from Cosmo Cricket.  Definitely need to get me more in different sizes of these.
Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom Simple Sayings 2 (love this sentiment, it's from my favorite movie Tangled)
Now head on over to 3 Girl JAM Store to pick up some ribbon and their other products.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone. I have a really cute project to share with all of you today...a Home birdhouse decor item. I actually made this for a co-worker and his wife for a Christmas present.

Love love love using the yummy Crinkle Ribbon from 3GJ in my crafting projects. Probably my favorite way to use it right now is making these flowers. They just add such a lovely touch to projects and they're super easy to make : )

Halloween Harvest is probably one of my top faves right now..the colors are so versatile and this ribbon almost seems as if it was created for this card stock from Websters Pages. I'm hoarding the amount I have left in my stash..haha.

Using more of the crinkle ribbon on my chipboard branch...perfect accent!

For more photos of this project..please be sure to stop by my blog ScrappinAbby.

Don't forget to check out all of the yummy crinkle ribbon, buttons, twine and so much more awesome scrappy goodness at the 3 Girl Jam Shop!

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas...enjoy your family and friends and be sure to take lots of photos so you can create some amazing projects using 3 Girl Jam.

Happy Crafting!!

Melissa is a dear blog friend, she was one of my very first followers.  I've loved seeing all her work over the years.  We were on two design teams together and it was a joy to work with her.  I cherish our blog friendship.  Here is a little bit about Melissa and her WONDERFUL projects!

Hi everyone, this is Melissa from Moe Creations. I am so excited to have been asked to be a guest designer on 3 Girl Jam Challenge Blog, I just have to say, I love their product, the crinkled ribbon is my favorite, along with the Bow Maker and Vintage buttons! Wow, don't want to get ahead of myself, I need to tell you a little bit about me; I started out scrapbooking in 2004 which spun into card making and have been loving every minute of it! I occasionally make some altered projects,  love making little boxes, oh, lets just face it, anything that has to do with paper, I just love!!  I started my blog on April 8th, 2010, have met so many wonderful people, designed for some amazing crafters and have made long lasting friendship that I hope will continue..... Just want to say thanks to 3 Girl Jam for the opportunity and thanks Jovan from Cards by Jovan for thinking about me, it's much appreciated!!

I will be sharing 3 projects that I have created using their ribbon (with that amazing Bow Maker) and Vintage buttons. I hope you will enjoy my creations, make sure you head over to their store and pick up some amazing crafting products!

Snowman Fun

Just a super quick, happy, snowy hello to you from Rebecca!

Today, I've whipped up one of my all time seasonal favorites - a happy snowman.  With less than a week before the big day (and MORE than a week of preparation to do), I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

So, what does that mean?  It means, sit down, ignore the to do lists, grab a goblet of wine, and make something beautiful that makes me happy.

Hope you share my sentiment in the fun of this card!  I added a bit of the variegated ribbon on my sentiment from the Seasons Bundle.  Do you love the little roses as much as I do?

And with this as my last post of the year , I just want to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday and Happy, Safe New Year.

May you find peace and love with your family and friends!

See ya next year!

I first have to say this.... Me and Midge go way back!  We have been friends since we were 5 years old. Yup you read right 5 years old.  We did gymnastics together and danced through Jr. High.  She did Drill Team and I was a Cheerleader.  We have continued our wonderful friendship over many many years.  The greatest thing about it, is that our Husbands are great friends as well.  So needless to say we get to spend alot of time with each other. ***HEE HEE***  I am super excited to say that my sweet friend Midge is one in a million! She is inspiring, intelligent, and crafty.  She has it all.  Be sure to stop by her blog and see how amazing she is!! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Here is What Midge has to say:

Oh my stars!!!  Hey everybody...I am over the moon!  Today I am the Guest Designer for 3 Girl JAM!  I could go on FOREVER about how much I love, love, LOVE this company!  Their ribbon is simply awesome.  If you have never used it before, you absolutely must put it at the top of your "To Do" list.  :)  The ribbon comes in so many fabulous colors!  And they have other cute embellishments too!
I think I should stock up on every color of ribbon.  Oh, the things I could do... the possibilities are ENDLESS!  I've crafted a lot of frames lately because they make great gifts.  This one is going to me sweet Granny!  This is a 4 generation picture with me, my Mom, my Granny and my Great-Grandmother.  It was taken over 20 years ago!

Making flowers is one of my favorite things to do with the 3 Girl JAM ribbon!  I couldn't believe how perfectly the ribbon matched the drapes in the photo!  I want to thank 3 Girl JAM for this spectacular opportunity.  (And for the fantastic product they create!)  You can grab yourself some amazing 3 Girl JAM goods here!  Thanks for stopping by.  Have a crafty day :)

Thanks Midge, we are honored to have you with us today.

Taste of Christmas Tag

Lately I have been getting some wonderful inspiration from my DT sister, Cheri from DJ's Sundries.
I made a tag to attach to some yummy Christmas goodies this year.
I used the Merlot and Goblin Green crinkle ribbon. I know they are not the traditional holiday colors but don't they look irresistible and they match my tag perfectly. I also used a beautiful stick pin from our current challenge co-sponsor Pinque Peacock.
If you want to see more about my tag head over to my blog Oma's Crafts.
Happy Crafting everyone!
OmaGloria

Be sure to link up all of your Christmas inspired projects below. For every 10 projects linked up I am giving away a bundle of 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon. You still have until December 27th so don't miss out.

Merry Christmas

Hello all, Jovan here!  I have two Christmas cards to share using the beautiful Wine crinkle ribbon from the  Wine & Jewels bundle
My first card I cut a tree from the Noel cricut cart.  I love this tree, I added some pearls to the tree.
My second card I made simple with a sentiment from Paper trey ink.
I just love the rich colors on these cards and the ribbon was the prefect touch!
Happy Holidays!

Country Childhood

Happy weekend!

Rebecca, from Bloomingpink Studios, here today hoping you are having yourself a wonderful Saturday.

Only 10 more days until Christmas! Are you excited?  I have only begun some of my shopping.  VERY relaxed about it all this year.  I can't handle more stress.  My job is providing enough.

And that is why I love taking a few special moments to share with you all a little bit of my stress free adventures in crafting!

Lots of little elements on this page, but let's just start with the ribbon.  You know, I've said it before, but that multi-colored Summer Sprinkles ribbon, from the Seasons Bundle, has to be one of my all time favorite ribbons.

If you want to find out the details on some of the other elements on the page, just venture over to my blog and I'll fill you in!

It was fun looking through all my mum's photos when I was putting this page together.  So many of them feature her with her two closest sisters, Charlcie (pronounced Charle-C), and Chestine (who goes by Tina).

I really wanted to get this done by Christmas, but I think I'll give her a "starter" set, so she won't be disappointed.  I'll be pushing through the rest of this in time to come.

In the meantime, GO make yourself PROUD and create something LOVELY!

Dec 14, 2012

2nd Day of Christmas

"On the second day of Christmas my true love brought to me, 2 turtledoves...."  Now that I have that song in your head, we can move onto the crafting.  This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries and I really like making Christmas tags.  In fact I like them so much that I am doing 12 Days of Christmas Tags based loosely on the song, "The 12 Days of Christmas".  The story that inspired these tags is posted in a video on my blog on Day1.  I'm not going to go into it here, but it is something that has been fun for my family for a long time.

3 Girl JAM ribbon is definitely my go-to ribbon for crafting and this tag was no exception.  I grabbed Halloween Harvest because I liked the hints of red and green peeking through the gold.  It was the perfect compliment to the tag.  I also used the following items:

DCWV - The Christmas matstack
PaperTrey Ink - Vintage Cream card stock
Black cardstock from my stash cut with the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge at 1.5" and coated with Glossy Accents
Ranger #8 tags
Recollection Bling
Frayed Burlap Distress Ink
Crystal Stickles

Now be sure to head over to DJ's Sundries to see Day 1 and to learn how to enter the contest that's going on.  Here's a little sneak peak of the Day 1 tag:

Thanks for stppping by and remember to take some time to enjoy the little things today.

Christmas Mini Cards

Tis' the season to be Jolly, Falalala lalalala!!! Happy Holidays fellow crafters! Scrappin Madge here today and I am super excited to show you what I created.  I actually bought these "mini" cards by accident.  The packaging said Table cards (duh.... me I thought they were just a small postcard like card) So when I got them home and opened them I was surprised!! Hmmmmm... what am I going to do with these I thought!!! BAM**** Then it hit me, smacked me right in the face actually! I am going to have all of these Christmas gifts under my tree and some of them may need a little more love written on them then just a tag could hold. So off to my workshop I went!!!

Yup, just like Geppetto in his workshop I crafted and crafted until I came up with several mini masterpieces!!! (Ok Ok I know it is no Pinocchio but hey... give a girl some credit) Hee Hee...

Here is what I came up with.

Aren't these sweet mini cards cute? And to Top them off the most amazing ribbon ever!!! 3 Girl Jam crinkle ribbon! I used four different colors. The Witches Brew, Antique White, Sunflower and Holy Berry

Make sure you get your order in soon!!! This crinkle ribbon is amazing and so easy to work with.
For more info on how I made these cards check out my blog:D HERE
